It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password or address book. Log-in to your account and you will see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under ‘Account Settings’.
Orders, Delivery and Returns
There may be connection problems due to heavy website traffic. If you receive an error message during checkout process, please log into your account and see if the order went through. Please note that it takes one hour for your order to appear in your account.
Since our warehouse is working hard to get your order items shipped out as quickly as possible, If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may amend your address. As there is a very small window of time to make updates, please provide us your order number as soon as possible.
If you have a Speedo Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Speedo Online orders.
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Standard Delivery). Orders placed after 1pm MST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
For next day deliveries, orders placed before 11pm will be shipped the following day, 7 days a week.
You can access your order status and history anytime by signing into your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase.

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. We also offer expedited shipping, you can find all pricing and details for that on our Delivery information page.
When orders are packed in our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Our delivery options are fully tracked. If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination and you have noticed unusual activity on your tracking number, please contact us for help.
It is possible sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after. Be sure to check with your neighbours and post office for more information.
Courier company guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days have passed. After this period we log a complaint with the courier company. Please contact us for help.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please contact us with all information you have. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
We review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action.

If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, you can track your order by clicking on the link of your dispatch email with your tracking ID.
Please also check what time you placed your order any orders placed after 1pm MST will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.

As we take fraud very seriously, you will face validation and authorisation by us and the card issuer, we do this to ensure that our customers are safe while they shop.
If you are seeing the status ‘Payment Problem’ on one or more of your orders then this means that we need you to check the payment information that has been submitted.
Click onto the order and you should see an option to resolve the problem. Before re-entering any card details you will need to make sure that the expiry date and billing address are correct. We also recommend checking funds in the account.
If you have done all that and still the problem is not fixed, then please contact our Customer Service team.
Once you place an order, the payment will show in your account as pending until we send the products to you.
The pending transaction is telling you that the payment is authorised to be taken.
If you want to add new payment details then you will need to do this at the checkout stage.
Your new card details will be saved once your order has been placed. This means that next time around you can order your favourite Speedo products with ease. You can manage your saved payment cards by clicking into ‘Payment Cards’ under Account Settings in your account.
Once you have found all the items that you want then click the bag icon in the drop right of your screen, you will see a box located below your list of items which says ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’.
Add your unique discount code into this box and click ‘Add’ to apply the discount

Pool chemicals and oil residues can be particularly damaging to swimwear containing LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fiber. To prevent chemical damage to SPEEDO® swimwear, rinse your SPEEDO® suit in cold water immediately after each use. Do not wash suit with any detergent. Always hang-dry your suit in a well-ventilated space, as mildew will cause premature deterioration of swimwear containing LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fiber.
Remember that loose fitting garments do not wear as well as those that conform to the body. When putting on your SPEEDO® suit, do not pull too hard on the fabric as it may damage. It is best to pull the suit up onto the body in stages, holding the SPEEDO® suit at the leg openings.
